Rhanya is a La Jolla native and proud graduate of La Jolla High School and the University of California, San Diego. At UCSD, she pursued a double major in Biology and Political Science, which allowed her to develop a diverse skill set and gain knowledge in two different fields. Rhanya has always had a fascination with real estate. As a child, she spent a lot of time on development sites, which sparked her interest in the industry. Erin is a San Diego native, born and raised in La Jolla. With a deep understanding of all the neighborhoods in San Diego County, she has helped many clients find their dream homes. Currently, she lives with her family in Encinitas, where she is raising her two young children, a 4-year-old daughter and a 1-year-old son.
After graduating from La Jolla High, Erin attended San Diego State University where she further developed her passion for real estate. With almost 10 years of combined experience in both lending and real estate, Erin is uniquely qualified to help her clients navigate both the real estate and loan sides of the transaction.
